1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Rule
In accordance with airline regulations, most flight reservations booked through Pascal Travel can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the reservation was created at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled departure time.
2. Carrier Ticket Types & Refund Eligibility
Refund policies outside the 24-hour window are dictated by individual airlines and fare classes:
- Flexible / Refundable Fares: Eligible for a cancellation refund or airline credit minus applicable carrier rules.
- Standard Economy Fares: Non-refundable to the original payment method, but often eligible for future airline credit vouchers.
- Non-Refundable / Basic Fares: Cannot be canceled for a cash refund once the 24-hour grace window closes.
Airline Schedule Changes & Delays
If an airline cancels your flight or changes your connection schedule by more than 3 hours, you are entitled to a full cash refund or complimentary rebooking onto an alternate route, regardless of ticket type.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
- Locate your 6-character Airline Booking Reference (PNR) sent in your confirmation email.
- Contact our traveler support desk at infopascaltravel@gmail.com with your reference number and cancellation request.
- Our team will calculate eligible refunds or credit vouchers according to carrier rules before processing.
4. Processing Timelines
Once approved, refunds issued back to credit/debit cards typically reflect on your bank statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
